⭐️ Pride in Work Award

The Pride in Work (PIW) Award is proudly presented each year by the Rotary Club of Salisbury (SA). These awards celebrate employees and volunteers who demonstrate outstanding professionalism and excellence in customer service within Salisbury and the wider northern community.

The PIW Award recognises positive role models in workplaces and community organisations β€” individuals who inspire others to develop their skills, build pride, and promote a can-do attitude toward delivering exceptional service. It also provides employers and volunteer coordinators the chance to highlight their business or organisation as one that values and upholds high standards.

Reflecting Rotary’s motto of Service Above Self, the Pride in Work Award honours those who make a meaningful contribution to their workplace and the broader community.

Who can nominate?
Employers, group organisers, community members, and Rotarians are all welcome to nominate worthy individuals.

Nominations generally open in the second quarter of the financial year and close in May of the same yea
